All our services are offered at no cost to our clients. This ensures they have a safe place to make a pregnancy decision, get the support they need to continue their pregnancy, and receive the resources they need to be the parents God created them to be.

The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford is a 501 (c) (3) faith-based non-profit in the state of Illinois. We exist to help women and families experiencing an unplanned pregnancy by providing factual, life-affirming information about all their options in a loving environment.
